IS INSTALLATION AVAILABLE OUTSIDE METRO MANILA

Free Installation is offered all throughout the Philippines.  Cost of Fare, lodging and food will be buyer's responsibility

 

IS PICK-UP AVAILABLE

Pick-up is available at either TGS or the warehouse

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE

All equipment are made to order and takes 8 to 10 weeks to arrive Manila port.  Orders are placed in a 20gp, 40gp or 40hq container which is placed in a vessel enroute to the Philippines.  We therefore need to fill up container to be able to maintain low cost of equipment

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EQUIPMENT HAS A PROBLEM

We require a video that shows problem/issue of equipment to be sent to us.  We would then analyze the problem and come up with a solution.  We will require the help of client to check on some areas of equipment to ensure proper resolution.  If client is outside of Metro Manila, we send the part/s needed and guide/instruct our client on how to replace parts

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER

A 50% non-refundable payment is required for order confirmation and full payment during delivery.  Bank deposit, GCASH, Credit Card, Check or Cash is accepted

 

IS TERM/INSTALLMENT AVAILABLE

TGS-IPP (Installment Plan Program) is available to qualified Clients.  A 60% down payment is required

 

CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD

Credit Card is accepted

 

CAN TGS HELP ME SET UP A NEW GYM OPERATION

TGS offers not only equipment but offers services on how to set-up/run a gym to ensure fast ROI

 

SHIPPING

Delivery/Shipping is available.  Cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  TGS will always  look for the cheapest way to deliver/ship equipment all throughout the Philippines.  Shipping is based on the size of the crate or box.  We ship LCL (loose cargo); by container via seafreight.  We deliver using a courier service, forwarder, or rent a truck for orders above 9cbm size

 

WAREWHOUSING

Daily warehousing charge of Php30.00 per CBM plus out charge of Php300.00 per CBM is applied for ordered  equipment needing storage

 

WARRANTY

Selectorize, Plateloaded, freeweights have a one (1) year warranty on moving parts and three (3) years on frame.  Cardio Equipment have one (1) year warranty on motor/inverter, walking belts, belts, monitors and other moving parts.  Three (3) year warranty on frames.

Warranty does not cover defects due to misuse/abuse of equipment
